We use the latest security and monitoring systems, based on AI to ensure that every threat is identified, mitigated and monitored

Encryption

We follow the NIST Framework for Critical Cybersecurity (National Institute of Security Technology, US Dept Commerce)

  • Comprehensive SSL data encryption for every data transfer.

  • All user account passwords are encrypted and hashed for added protection.

  • Dedicated segregation and encryption protocols for customer data across all backend services.

  • Implementation of cutting-edge AI-based security and monitoring systems.

The Data

We go to significant measures to safeguard sensitive data, including:

  • All data is housed on local servers specific to the country the customer is located in, ensuring adherence to regional data laws.

  • Access to sensitive data is encrypted with AES-256 military-grade encryption and is stringently restricted.

  • Defined limits are set for viewing sensitive information, both per user and per day.

  • Data retention follows a default interval as chosen by our customers in our network. Post this interval, data undergoes permanent and secure digital deletion.
